All bookings are subject to the Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy.

Payments

  • High Roller Luxury LLC reserves the right to charge debit/credit cards provided during booking to secure service deposits, cancellation fees, and finalize payments. Online payments are processed through Square Pay. All bookings require a deposit totaling 10% of the estimated service cost. Deposits are applied towards your service.

  • Service times provided are an estimate - time to complete service may depend on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements.

  • A minimum 20% surcharge will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive pet hair, urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials. High Roller Luxury LLC reserves the right to charge a fee of $75 per hour (or a portion thereof) for work outside the service booking.

  • Customer to remove all personal belongings and items of value from the vehicle prior to service. High Roller Luxury LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items during time of service.

  • Customer has vehicle detailed at their own risk. While we practice the utmost care with your vehicle, vehicle interior and exterior must be able to withstand standard cleaning procedures.

  • Service times provided are an estimate - time to complete a service may depend on vehicle size, condition, and specific requirements.

  • High Roller Luxury LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. High Roller Luxury LLC reserves the right to deny customer demands that go beyond outlined or agreed upon service details.

Our Guarantee

  • If there is probable and clear cause that the service technician did not fulfill the package as ordered or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will at our cost redo the uncompleted or unsatisfactory portion of the service.

  • Cleaning or repairing the vehicle personally or professionally after the initial service without authorization from High Roller Luxury LLC voids our Service Guarantee. Redos, refunds, or reimbursements will not be made after any unauthorized cleaning or repairs.

  • Refusing a redo appointment for the unsatisfactory portion of your service limits any refunds to 20% of the value of your service.

  • Failure to disclose at the time of booking any conditional issues that involve heavy stains, foul odors, human or animal biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, chemical overspray or any other hazardous materials voids our service guarantee. No refunds, redos, or any additional work will be performed outside of the original package or estimate.

  • Some issues may require services beyond those you ordered. Refusing the services recommended by customer service or your on-site technician may invalidate the service guarantee.

This Privacy Policy ("Policy") applies to High Roller Luxury Detailing LLC ("Company") and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to the Company include highrollerluxury.com (“we,” “us,” “they,” “our”)

I. Collection of Your Personal Information

In order to better provide you with products and services offered, the Company may collect personally identifiable information, such as your:

Phone number

Physical address

Credit card information

Basic vehicle information (year, make, model)

We do not collect any personal information about you unless you voluntarily provide it to us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. However, you may be required to provide certain personal information to us when you elect to use certain products or services. These may include: (a) registering for an account; (b) entering a sweepstakes or contest sponsored by us or one of our partners; (c) signing up for special offers from selected third parties; (d) sending us an email message; (e) submitting your credit card or other payment information when ordering and purchasing products and services. To wit, we will use your information for, but not limited to, communicating with you in relation to services and/or products you have requested from us. We may also gather additional personal or non-personal information in the future.

III. Sharing Information with Third Parties

The Company does not sell, rent, or lease its customer lists to third parties.

The Company may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners about a particular offering that may be of interest to you. In those cases, your unique personally identifiable information (email, name, address, phone number) is transferred to the third party.

The Company does not sell biometric data to third parties.

The Company may share data with trusted partners to help perform statistical analysis, send you email or postal mail, provide customer support, or arrange for deliveries. V. Right to Deletion

Subject to certain exceptions set out below, on receipt of a verifiable request from you, we will:

- Delete your personal information from our records; and

- Direct any service providers to delete your personal information from their records.

Please note that we may not be able to comply with requests to delete your personal information if it is necessary to:

- Complete the transaction for which the personal information was collected, fulfill the terms of a written warranty or product recall conducted in accordance with federal law, and provide a good or service requested by you, or reasonably anticipated within the context of our ongoing business relationship with you, or otherwise perform a contract between you and us;

- Detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity; or prosecute those responsible for that activity;

- Debug to identify and repair errors that impair existing intended functionality;

- Exercise free speech, ensure the right of another consumer to exercise his or her right of free speech, or exercise another right provided for by law;

- Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when our deletion of the information is likely to render impossible or seriously impair the achievement of such research, provided we have obtained your informed consent;

- Comply with an existing legal obligation; or

- Otherwise, use your personal information internally in a lawful manner that is compatible with the context in which you provided the information.

VI. Data Security and Breach Notification

The Company maintains reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, acquisition, disclosure, or use. In the event of a security incident involving personal information, the Company will promptly investigate the incident and provide notice to affected individuals and, where required, to applicable regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law.

The Company will provide any required notice in the manner and within the timeframes prescribed by applicable law.

VII. Children Under 18

The Company does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of eighteen. If you are under the age of 18, you must ask your parent or guardian for permission to use this

platform.

Opt-in to SMS and Email messages is not required to book services with High Roller Luxury Detailing LLC. When booking, you will have the option to opt-in to SMS or email messages for promotional or non-promotional communications. Promotional communications may include review requests, information on sales, sweepstakes, special offers, and repurchase offers. Non-promotional communications include communications required to carry out and coordinate service booking, such as appointment reminders, confirming booking information, or obtaining additional information required to carry out services.

Standard message and data rates apply. SMS and email messaging frequency may vary. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service, email services, HighRollerLuxury.com and any services provided by High Roller Luxury LLC.
